ADOPTION EVENT WITH 405 ANIMAL RESCUE

Join Bar K, Petfinder, and 405 Animal Rescue for our Adoption Saturday hosted in Petfinder Park!

405 Animal Rescue is an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. An estimated 11 million cats and dogs are killed in United States shelters each year. 405 Animal Rescue strives to help beat those odds as much as possible by rescuing animals off death row and euthanasia, rescuing unwanted animals, promoting spaying and neutering, microchipping to increase the return-to-owner rate, socializing and rehabilitating mentally and physically abused animals, and much more. They go above and beyond to adopt their wonderful, deserving animals out to approved homes to kick-start them into their new lives full of love, happiness, and security.

Every dog adopted during this event receives a one-year Bar K membership, valued at $250, plus some goodies from our partners! It’s our way of saying thanks and helping you kickstart a fulfilling life with your new four-legged friend.

As always, entry is free for humans and Bar K Members. For Non-Members bringing a dog, entry is $12 for the first dog and $5 for each additional dog in the household. The cost on Saturday & Sunday increases to $16 for your first dog, $5 for each additional dog. DOG ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

• Must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP and Bordetella)
• Must be properly socialized for group play
• Must be at least 12 weeks old
• Must have an ID tag at all times (if you don’t have one, we will provide at our Front Desk)
• Puppies who are under 25 lbs AND under six months of age are allowed in the Small Dog Park only, or on one of our on-leash patios. This is because puppies of that age and size may not have the experience or physical ability to play safely among large adult dogs. Once your puppy is over 25lbs or 6 months of age, they are permitted to play in the All Dog Park.
