Every Meet-Up, we celebrate the wonderful diversity of the dog world, spotlighting different breeds and different types of dogs, their unique characteristics, and the organizations dedicated to them. This Sunday, we’re all about the affectionate and often misunderstood Pitties!
Pit Bull-type dogs, commonly referred to as “Pitties,” are known for their strong physique and incredibly loving nature. These dogs are not just visually striking, but also rank among the most loyal and friendly companions you could have. Whether you’re a fan of long walks, cozy cuddle sessions, or spirited play, a Pittie is always ready to join in with enthusiasm. While there is a myth that Pit Bull-type dogs are aggressive in nature, in fact, in temperament tests these sweet dogs consistently score in the top 23% and have been found to be less likely to show aggression than Golden Retrievers, Beagles, Bulldogs, Poodles, Basset Hounds and many others.

Once your puppy is over 25lbs or 6 months of age, they are permitted to play in the All Dog Park.
