Breed Meet-Up: Huskies & Malamutes

March 3 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Huskies and Malamutes meet up at Bar K on Sunday March 3rd from 3 to 6 pm

Every Meet-Up, we explore the wonderful world of dog breeds, bringing together our community to celebrate their unique traits and the joy they add to our lives. This Sunday, we’re excited for a special breed mash-up: Huskies and Malamutes, where the wild spirit of the north meets our local love for dogs!

Among the most identifiable dog breeds in the world, the Siberian Husky was originally used as a sled dog. One of the oldest known breeds, they are friendly, energetic and dignified. Pack animals, Huskies are very loyal and make great companions. Noticeably larger and heavier than their nimble cousin, the Alaskan Malamute is a hard-working breed born to lead. Powerful and strong, Malamutes also have a playful, goofy and loving side and can make great family pets. Both cold-weather spitz breeds, Huskies and Malamutes are smart, opinionated, and will likely let you know it!

Come on by Bar K and enjoy drink specials and more and this Breed Meet-Up! $5 off the first dog’s entry fees to those bringing Huskies, Malamutes or a mix of one or the two!
