Pooch Pride Party with Kanoa Rescue Foundation

Join us at Bar K along with Kanoa Rescue Foundation for a Pooch Pride Party and a day full of love, inclusivity and fun for all! Kanoa will be joined by other local Rescue Groups; We’re OK Foundation an Animal Rescue, Forever Yours Dog Rescue and 405 Animal Rescue. Look for adorable, adoptable pups in the park all afternoon! Don’t miss checking out a couple of our on-site vendors as well like Two Dapper Dudes, Paws 4 Purpose K9 Dog Training, Pawdicure Mobile Nail Trims and L&B Creations!

Bring the Party Productions will be DJ’ing in the park and playing all the best tunes, along with hosting a Pooch Pride Parade at 2:00 pm on Seresto Stage! Dress them up in their rainbow best and sign your fabulous, furry friend up to strut their stuff – prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of this special Doggie Pride Fashion Show! The entry fee is $20 per dog and all proceeds go directly to Kanoa and the work they do to rescue and rehabilitate animals in the OKC metro area. Sign up your dog here:

Let’s fill the park up with vibrant colors and spread joy and love all day! Enjoy free entry into the Park for all dogs in Pride clothes or gear from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Cheers to the the day with your pals and grab a refreshing Outlaw Draft Beer or two – $1 of each purchased will be donated to Kanoa. Come celebrate Pride OKC with your pup and all the other most lovable dogs in the city!

As always, entry is free for humans and Bar K Members. For Non-Members bringing a dog, entry is $10 for the first dog and $5 for each additional dog in the household. Saturday & Sunday increases to $15 for your first dog, $5 for each additional dog. You can complete the Guest Entry Form in advance by following the link below or fill it out at our Front Desk:

DOG ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be current on vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP/Da2PP and Bordetella)
-Must be properly socialized for group play
-Must be at least 12 weeks old
-Must have an ID tag at all times (if you don’t have one, we will provide at our Front Desk)
-Puppies who are under 25 lbs AND under six months of age are allowed in the Small Dog Park only, or on our on-leash patio. This is because puppies of that age and size may not have the experience or physical ability to play safely among large adult dogs. Once your puppy is over 25lbs or 6 months of age, they are permitted to play in the All Dog Park.
