Puppies’ Night Out

February 15 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Did you recently add a new puppy to your family? Puppies’ Night Out is an opportunity to get your new pup (age 3 to 9 months) some much needed socialization and is an opportunity for you to learn more about their behaviors and how to best communicate with them!

Puppies’ Night Out takes place in our Small Dog Park and is Lead by Bar K’s own Assistant Park Manager, Britton Daniels. Britton has worked with all kinds of animals over the last decade, with a focus on dog behavior specifically in the last few years. His passion is understanding and helping others understand why dogs are the way they are and act the way they do!

Come out on Thursday evenings and join us while we cover the following topics :

  • Introduction to Body Language and Signals (February 8th)
  • Investigation of New Stimuli (February 15th)
  • Introduction to Desensitization (February 22nd)
  • Introduction to Early Training (February 29)

*Please note due to there being 5 Thursday’s in February 2024, February 1st will be a General Open Session, and visitors are welcome to bring their pups for Socialization and to ask Britton any specific questions regarding their dog!

  • Must be properly socialized for group play

  • Must have an ID tag at all times (if you don’t have one, we will provide at our Front Desk)
