Please join us for an important event kicking off proposed legislation for anti-tethering/anti-chaining laws for the state of Missouri. These laws will, among other things, prevent dogs from being chained up without food and water in inclement weather.
This event titled “Vote4Paws” will be an opportunity to hear about the proposed bill and learn how you can help. Attending this event will be a number of area rescues as well as Missouri state representatives Ingrid Burnett, Ashley Aune, Patty Lewis and Rep Emily Weber. Jungle Law will be here to present information regarding the bill.
Other event activities:
Dog food drive – Attendees are encouraged to bring bags of dog food that we will be donating to rescues following the event.
